Our Special Accommodation Administrative Fee ensures that we can provide specialized accommodations for individuals with disabilities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and we’re committed to making our services accessible to everyone.
Modifications are made for students with disabilities (ex: medical or psychiatric) who are unable to comprehend all of the content an instructor is teaching. For example, assignments might be reduced in number and modified significantly for a student with cognitive impairments that limit his/her ability to understand the content in general education class in which they are included.
This fee covers additional accommodations such as extended session times, special needs accommodations, and more.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24-hours in advance to avoid a same-day cancellation/no-show fee. Canceling in advance, will also allow other clients in need of services to be seen sooner. A $50 same-day cancellation/no-show fee will be applied to your account. This includes NEW and EXISTING patients.
